We use the following courier services:
Domestic: Sicepat
Domestic orders: Please allow 1 - 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
SHIPPING-SCHEDULE
When placing your order on maven-id.com, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Saturday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING if your purchases exceeds IDR 750.000
Orders will be shipped based on :
- sicepat regular (delivery within 3-5 business days)
- sicepat express (delivery within 1-2 business days)
You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.
